Bookkeeping in English for your Polish sole proprietorship
For people in Poland who run a JDG (a sole proprietorship: one person registered as a business), or are about to open one, and pay ryczałt (a flat-rate tax on revenue). Your month's invoices, contributions and tax figures, kept in order and explained in plain English.

You run a JDG (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza), which is a Polish sole proprietorship: one person registered as a business. You pay ryczałt, a flat-rate tax on your revenue, with no deduction for costs. Many people in Poland who work for a company as independent contractors (a "B2B contract") work this way.
You would rather not decode Polish tax letters, deadlines and forms on your own, and you want someone who answers your questions in English.
How it will work
The service is being set up now. Early access starts with a short, free chat about your situation.
-
You send the month
The invoices you issued and received, and your business bank statement.
-
The bookkeeping gets done
Each invoice is recorded and matched against the bank statement, and the month's figures are prepared: ryczałt, ZUS (social-security and health contributions) and, if you are registered for it, VAT (value-added tax). Anything unclear comes back to you as a short question.
-
You get a plain-English summary
What you owe, to whom, and by which date.
Who is behind this
I run my own JDG on ryczałt and have done my own business accounting since 2019. I am building the service I wanted when I started: clear, in English, and without surprises at tax time.
Questions about tax residency, double taxation or immigration need a licensed tax advisor (doradca podatkowy). If your question is one of those, I will tell you so.
