Privacy notice
This notice follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible for your data (the controller): [to be completed before launch]. Contact: [to be completed before launch].
What is collected
Only what you type into the early-access form: your email address, and, if you give them, your name and your description of what you need. Your browser details are not stored. To limit abuse of the form, the server keeps your IP address in memory for up to one hour; it is never written to disk. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics.
Giving your email is voluntary, but without it I cannot reply to you.
Why
To reply to you about early access to the bookkeeping service. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you give by ticking the box on the form.
How long
Until you withdraw consent, or at most 12 months after the last contact with you.
Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, limit how it is used, or receive it in a common file format. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the contact address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it. You can also complain to the Polish data-protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO).
Where it is kept, and who else sees it
The site and the form data are on a server rented from Vultr (The Constant Company, LLC, USA), located in Singapore, which is outside the European Union. Vultr provides the server only. Safeguard for this transfer: [to be completed before launch]. Nobody else receives your data.
